Terms and Conditions
Toy Box Day Nursery feels that it benefits all parties concerned to have a clear understanding of arrangements relating to childcare at the Nursery. To this end, we ask you to sign two copies of our 'Terms and Conditions of Contract', one to be retained by you, the second to be kept with the child's records.
The contracts are signed by the parent/ carers when your child starts Nursery.
Areas covered in the contract are: -- Fees and late payment charge - Holidays - Sickness and any other absence - Security - Medication - Clothing, Toys and Belongings - Daily Requirements - Change of days/ sessions - Notice - Complaints Procedure - General |
