Concerns & Complaints Procedure

Toy Box Day Nursery is very proud of all the positive feedback that we get from our parents/ carers. However we do have a complaints procedure which aims to deal quickly and efficiently with any complaints from a parent/ carer of a child attending the Nursery.

A full Complaints Policy is on display in the Nursery entrance hall.

If a satisfactory conclusion to a complaint is not possible through the Nursery then parents/ carers can contact OFSTED to help resolve the problem on the following number;
